Thanks to smart automation and design, modules can be positioned at different positions depending on the selected recipe and production scenarios. Fewer manual operations, shorter cleaning times, and a consistent output ensure a smooth and reliable production process.

Every sandwich deserves the right balance between speed and precision. Our line ensures that sandwiches are assembled quickly and accurately, while the mobile dosing and topping stations provide flexibility to easily switch between recipes.

With advanced automation, only a few operators are needed to produce the sandwiches. This means less physical strain, lower labor costs, and more control over the process, without compromising on quality.

Hygiene without compromise

Food safety comes first. That’s why we have developed a line where all food-contact components (FCC) can be removed without tools. This saves cleaning time, reduces water and detergent consumption, and ensures the line is quickly ready to produce again.

Continuous innovation

We continue to innovate to further optimize the production process. We are already thinking about the next step: fully automated picking of the sandwiches and loading of flow packers and thermoforming packaging machines, making every stage of the process even more efficient.
